General
These general terms and conditions are valid from June 1, 2015, and replace all previous ones. These general terms and conditions apply to all activities of tillit BV.
Quotes
Every quote is subject to change and without obligation until written confirmation.
Cancellation
In case of unilateral cancellation, 10% to 15% compensation is due.
Complaints
Complaints must be reported in writing within three working days of delivery.
Liability
Limited to the amount covered by the professional liability insurance.
Payment
Within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a 7% interest and 10% damage clause.
Non-solicitation
It is prohibited to poach staff or subcontractors for 2 years after cooperation.
Disputes
Only the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction under Belgian law.
